You simply won't find a better service shop for your car needs than this place. I've been going here for years and I feel bad that I've taken this long to write this review. Adam and Mac have become dear friends and almost like family to me. They will service all of your car needs with the utmost care and respect, using only the best quality components. It may take a tad longer than other shops, but that's because they really care about cars and good parts. They are car people! These guys proudly show their love for cars with their beautiful car collection that you'll find on site from time to time. They've serviced everything from my newer Toyota's to many of my classic Datsuns. Just give them a try, and I'll see you here soon writing them a review also!

Elite '2020 Elite '2020 Very upfront, honest and nice people. I didn't personally know them prior to coming in for an oil change, but they come across as trustworthy. That means a lot, considering most people (myself included) don't know anything about cars. As of March 2019, there are several deals on Groupon, so look into that. Reservations required. If you're hoping for a weekend slot, schedule as far in advance as possible because they're only open 8-12 on Sat and closed Sun! Their oil change package includes a tire rotation, which is great. Cost around $65 for full synthetic oil with the deal.

I got lucky and stumbled by this place because it was close to my old work. Adam, who I believe is the owner, has always been up front with the repairs. I always feel like he has my best interest at heart, and not just his own wallet. I have recommended him to family and friends, and all have been thankful I told them about this place.

I was referred by a friend to Saddleback Automotive who said that they could fix any problem on any car or truck and they were right! While I do not know much about auto repair, I do know that finding an honest, reliable and thorough auto service center is no easy feat. I am lucky to have found them and I appreciate Adam's patience to explain every aspect of what needed to be done...and then have it done right and at a competitive price. The best part - they are rockstars on classics, like my Bronco. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience!

The service here is GREAT! I was able to drop off my car and pick it up mid-day with new breaks. I was offered an UBER, or rental car to get me to and from work. Jesse was professional and also provided me recommendations of what to have serviced next on my vehicle. The prices are reasonable too!!

Always very helpful and aggressively priced! Never a bad experience

Adam is great to work with and always gives it to me straight. My family has 3 cars which are 15 years or older and they all have many more years of life because of the great service at Saddleback Automotive.

I got a flat tire while driving on the freeway, got my car towed to this auto shop and they: replaced two tires, rotated them, and changed my oil; all in the same afternoon! These guys were straight forward, respectful, and knew what they were doing. I found my Orange County mechanic.

Really cool guys. Friendly, experienced, and it’s easy to tell that they really look out for you and your vehicle. Much better alternative than taking your car to the dealership for repairs! Reliable, trustworthy mechanics. Strongly recommended.
