Having lived most of my life bicoastal- there is no one else on the west coast I would blindly trust to preform reliably quality work with honest prices & full transparency but Saddleback Automotive. The peace of mind that comes with finding a trustworthy auto mechanic is irrefutably invaluable. Slightly accident prone, Adam and the gentlemen at saddleback have revived a number of my vehicles & kept my beloved truck in best shape of her high mileage life. Excellent communication at every step of process, efficient scheduling and outstanding turn around time. So much gratitude for this shop !

Adam saves the day...again! I have a older /high mile BMW wagon that Saddleback has been servicing and I love driving but don't want to put too much money into, especially these days. So, I Went a local used tire place and had 2 back tires with 70% tread installed ...great deal..or so I thought. The next morning my sensor says low on one of the new tires. Sooo, I shamelessly Pop by Saddleback auto on my way to my biz (blushing) and Adam kindly/patiently accepts my disloyal behavior, takes a look and proceeds to inform me that.. I had just paid, someone else, for 15 YEAR OLD TIRES!!! ( he didn't say someone else, I am, he wouldn't do that) 15 YEAR old tires!! Needless to say, Adams ordering me new tires. Lesson learned and he's stuck with me;)

My experience there is ALWAYS amazing! Everyone is super nice and professional!!! Will continue to come here for as long as I'm driving:)

These guys are the BEST. In an ELITE class of automotive repair. I have taken my 12 year old car to them on a few occassions and each time they have nailed the issue and diagnosis. Mac is great guy. Very trustworthy. High integrity. Prices are very fair. These guys are BEST IN CLASS.

I’ve been taking my car to Mac, Rick, Victor and the rest of the guys at Saddleback Automotive since 2010, and I’ll never go anywhere else. He’s had me picked up, dropped off, given me rentals, and even let me use his own car while the guys worked on my clunker. Great service, even better people.

This is hands down one of the best places in Orange County to take your car. The facility is extremely clean and comfortable if you choose to wait. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and I never feel like i'm getting yanked around or oversold on things my car needs. They work on daily drivers all the way to high end sports cars. They are so helpful and always willing to help even if it's outside their scope of expertise. Truly cannot speak highly enough about this local family owned business!
