These guys are really responsive, and we have always rcvd reliable work from them without issues. We use them for our basic SUV, as well as our vintage car. Highly recommend!

First of all, Adam was on top of things as he managed the repair of my engine and suspension. My dad’s car engine wiring had all been eaten by rats and it was a total disaster! Of course, Allstate Insurance made it a struggle and prolonged the repair process but Adam always got straight to the point and explained both the insurance process and exactly what needed to be repaired. At the end, my dad’s car engine literally looked brand new. Saddleback had to remove the whole engine but man, it looked and drove like a brand new car when the repair was completed. I’ll definitely be taking my cars back to Saddleback as they did an honest and believable job.

I find Adam and his staff to be highly professional in workmanship as well as explaining the necessary approach to rectifying problems associated with my automobile. I went to another shop before Saddleback and they told me there’s all these things wrong with my car and gave me a crazy expensive estimate. I ended up shopping around and came across Saddleback Auto and they inspected my car and did find some issues with leaks and my engine but not what the other place was telling me. When i decided to take my car for the firt time to Saddleback, i chose it, because of the great reviews they have. They are right!! I took my car to the dealer, they told my car needs several things, i was going to pay $479.00. I decided for a second opinion, took it to Saddleback and just paid less than $100, big difference, huh? I have taken my car twice, definitely going back. Everyone there are friendly, respectful, prfessional and overall HONEST. I totally recommend Saddleback Automotive, auto repair.
