Saddleback Automotive is wonderful. The owner is very friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The young lady who works the front desk is also very nice. The work done is impeccable!

Adam and his team provide excellent service. One great characteristic is that he warns the customer about things that might need to be repaired or replaced some day, but if the item isn't critical, he is in no rush to replace it. He waits until the part truly needs replacing, building trust with the customer, and allowing the customer to hold on to his money until repairs are absolutely necessary. And when items do need to be repaired, the price is very reasonable. Thank you Adam.
